2) Credit Card Payment

You can benefit from online single payment or installment options for all your credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellation & Return & Exchange Conditions

Tong Baby prioritizes customer satisfaction by offering unconditional exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product, provided the product’s original packaging remains intact and the product is undamaged. During this process, customers can exchange their product for another. Any price differences will either be refunded to the customer’s card or collected as an additional charge. Returned products must be returned with their original box or packaging. Packages with shipping labels or tape applied will not be accepted.

Products that have lost their resalable condition or are not in a condition to be purchased by another customer are not eligible for return. When returning a product, all copies of the original invoice and a petition stating the reason for the return must be sent with the product.

If the returned product is classified as defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. In this case, the product must be returned using the shipping company partnered with our firm. For returns that are not classified as defective, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. As part of the return process, inbound and outbound shipping fees will be deducted from the remaining amount to be refunded.

Order amounts will be refunded to the payment method used by the customer within 45 days after the return process is approved. Under the right of withdrawal, customers may return the product within 7 (seven) days of receipt without incurring any penalties. To initiate the return process, the return sections on the invoice delivered with the product must be completed and signed, and any accessories, gifts, or promotional items included must be returned with the product.

The withdrawal period begins from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. The recipient may send an email to [email protected] with the order number and relevant product code, stating the reason for the return, or call +90 (0224) 363 40 50 to make the request.

  2. Based on the customer's request, the product can be delivered to the seller via the contracted shipping companies with a prepaid shipping label, along with the warranty certificate, invoice, shipping note, and shipping receipt. If the product is defective, shipping fees will be covered by the seller. For non-defective returns, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting inbound and outbound shipping costs within 45 days.

  3. Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage.

  4. After inspections by the authorities, if no issues such as user errors are detected, the product cost will be refunded based on the payment method selected by the buyer.

PRODUCT INSPECTION AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

  • To ensure quick delivery, it is essential to write your address clearly.

  • Inspect your product before accepting the shipment. In case of damaged or defective products, a damage report must be issued with the cargo company.

ERRONEOUSLY PURCHASED PRODUCTS AND RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • The general return period for erroneously purchased products is 7 days.

  • Returns of opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be made with the original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS:

  • If any opening, alteration, damage, or wear is detected on the product or its packaging, or if the product is not returned in the condition it was delivered, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS AND RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return unless specified conditions are met.
  • To request cancellation, return, or exchange, the product's packaging must not be opened under any circumstances.
  • Products custom-designed or produced upon special request are strictly non-returnable.

RETURN PROCESS AND INSPECTION:

  • Returned products will be inspected by Tongs Baby staff, and if deemed acceptable, the refund process will begin within 45 business days.

REFUND PROCEDURE:

  • For purchases made in installments using a credit card, the bank will refund the payment in installments according to the number of installments used during purchase.

  • Once the seller has made the full payment to the bank, the refund amounts for installment purchases made through the bank’s POS system will be transferred back to the buyer's credit card in installments.

FOR CORPORATE PURCHASES:

  • If the invoice for the returned product is issued in the company’s name, the return must include a return invoice issued by the company for the product price + VAT, excluding the shipping cost.
